PRASHTECH had a modest beginning by introducing own product in the area of Machine Tools Accessory - CNC Lathe Live Centre. PRASHTECH indigenously developed this product. After conducting extensive field trials, PRASHTECH introduced such a product with novel features first time in India. Today live centres are been manufactured at its factory in Pune and marketed across India. In addition to manufacturing the aforesaid product, the company also has proven the proficiency to manufacture Precision Machined Components for critical engineering products like Decanters, Separators, Planetary Gearboxes, etc. as per customers specification.

Precision Machined Components

PRASHTECH manufactures Precision Machined Components at par with international quality having specification in typical tolerance grade IT5/IT6, strictly adhering to customer drawings and material specifications. All these precision machined components are manufactured in typical batch quantities of 50 to 100 nos. with batches repeating at least monthly / bi-monthly. Prashtech supplies such components to Alfa Laval as well as other multinational companies since 2001. Prashtech is exporting precision machined components to manufacturers in Denmark since 2008.

CNC Lathe Live Centres with Replaceable Tips

PRASHTECH offers CNC Live Centres with replaceable Tips like standard, copy and pipe, that are expertly designed to deliver better process control with reliability & consistency in component quality while using those on lathe machines, copy-turning machines, CNC turning machines, etc. As the Tip (Bullet) wear during machining jobs with Centre support and is an inherent problem associated with every Live Centre, PRASHTECH designs CNC Lathe Live Centres (available in Morse Tapers MT3, MT4, MT5 and MT6) that assist clients to easily replace worn out Tip in less than five minutes & resume machining operations immediately without any downtime. PRASHTECH also provides special Allen Key for Tip replacement along with Live Centres. During Tip replacement, the bearing arrangement is not disturbed.
